This Policy is a valid agreement entered into between Guangxi Xianban Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xianban Network" or "we") and users (also referred to as "you") regarding privacy protection matters related to the client product ReelBox (hereinafter referred to as this "Product"). This Product is jointly operated by Xianban Network, which provides services to you, and enjoys rights, performs obligations, and bears legal liability to you in accordance with the law.

Xianban Network and the registered copyright owner of this Product attach great importance to the protection of personal information. Once you choose to use our products or services, you acknowledge and accept the current content of these terms and any content that may be updated at any time. If you do not agree, you should stop using the services of this Product. Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using our products.

The above information you provide authorizes us to continue using it during the period when we provide services to you. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

1.2 Application Function 2: Displaying Operation Logs in the Application

When you use our services, this Product will record your operation logs, including browsing and click records, series you have followed, dramas you have watched, and activities you have participated in. The above information you provide authorizes us to continue using it during the period when we provide services to you. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

1.3 Application Function 3: Security Services

To provide you with safe and stable services, protect the security of your account property, and prevent login impersonation, and for the normal use of this Product's functions and services, when you use our products or services, we may automatically record certain information, including: device or software information: configuration information provided by your mobile device, web browser, or other programs used to access our services, your IP address, and software version information used by your mobile device. If you do not agree to us recording the aforementioned information, you may not be able to complete the risk control process and thus may not be able to use our products.

1.4 Application Function 4: Permission Activation

We promise that we will never collect your personal information beyond the scope or frequency required, and we will never collect information that is not necessary or has no reasonable application scenario for the use of this Product's services.

When you use this Product, for the purpose of providing services to you, this Product may request the following permissions from your terminal device in certain scenarios of using the application. Of course, you can refuse to enable the following permissions, or turn off the following permissions of this Product in your phone's settings. Turning off the following permissions will not affect your use of other functions of this Product:

• Access to local storage: by enabling the local storage permission, necessary data within this Product is cached in the application sandbox;
• Access to photos: you can directly select photos or images from your phone to set as your avatar;
• Enable wireless data: you can connect to a wireless network or cellular network to realize the networking functions required by this Product;

2. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(1) Sharing

We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than Xianban Network, the registered copyright owner of this Product, and their affiliated companies, except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with explicit consent: after obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
2. We may share your personal information externally in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, or in accordance with the mandatory provisions of government authorities.
3. Sharing with authorized partners: solely to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share certain personal information of yours with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share the personal information necessary for providing the services. However, we may share the following personal information of yours with authorized advertising and analytics partners after anonymization processing, including: network identity identification information (IP address), software version number, software package name, device connection information (telecommunications operator, network environment), and device attribute information (device manufacturer, device model, operating system version, device serial number), to help them improve the effective reach rate of advertising without identifying you personally.

(2) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

Your account has security protection functions. Please properly keep your account and password information. If you find that your account has been stolen or personal information has been leaked, please contact us in a timely manner so that we can take corresponding measures.

(4) Handling of Information Security Incidents

Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on information networks.

In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will notify you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation of the security incident and its possible impact, the handling measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. (3) Deletion of Your Personal Information

In the following circumstances, you may submit a request to us to delete personal information:

1. Our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. We collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent;
3. Our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;
4. You no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
5. We no longer provide products or services to you.

If we decide to follow your request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or those entities have obtained your independent authorization.

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from backup systems, but we will delete such information when backups are updated.

(4) Withdrawal of Consent and Disabling Functions

You can change the scope of authorization for us to continue collecting personal information or withdraw your authorization by disabling device functions. You can also withdraw all authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account. (5) Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account by going to "Me" - "System Settings" - "Cancel Account". You can cancel a previously registered account at any time. For details, please refer to the Cancellation Notice.

After canceling your account, we will stop providing products or services to you and delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

In the following circumstances, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will be unable to comply with your request for deletion of personal information:

1. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
2. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
4. There is sufficient evidence showing that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
6. Involving trade secrets.

(6) Responding to the Above Requests

You can choose to close the permissions you wish to close through the "Settings" function on your phone.

You can also click "Me" - "About Us" - "Contact Customer Service" to make a phone call, and through contacting customer service, perform user operations such as personal information inquiry, personal information correction, personal information deletion, user account cancellation, and withdrawal of authorized consent. To ensure security, you may be required to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within fifteen working days. If you are not satisfied, you can also appeal by contacting customer service.

5. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

Our products, websites, and services are mainly intended for adults. We attach great importance to the protection of the personal information of children and minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using the relevant services of this platform, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy together with your parents or other guardians under their supervision and guidance, and use our services or provide information to us with the consent of your guardian.

9. Dispute Jurisdiction

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China.

If any dispute or controversy arises between you and us, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
