2. Accounts
2.1 Account Registration
Before using this Service, you are required to register a "ReelBox" account. A "ReelBox" account should be registered and bound with a mobile phone number. Please use a mobile phone number that is not already bound to a "ReelBox" account and that has not been banned by the Company in accordance with this Agreement to register your "ReelBox" account. The Company may change the way accounts are registered and bound based on user needs or product requirements without prior notice. The account name and password you set are your credentials for logging in and using this Service as a registered user. You may also log in to "ReelBox" using a third-party account (e.g., WeChat).
In addition to registering a "ReelBox" account yourself, you may also choose to log in to the "ReelBox" software and related services by authorizing the use of user accounts you lawfully own from other software or platforms of the Company and/or its affiliates, as well as user accounts from real-name-registered third-party software or platforms, except where such third-party software or platforms restrict or prohibit such use. When you log in with such pre-existing accounts, you shall ensure that the relevant accounts have been real-name registered and that the relevant terms of this Agreement also apply.
In accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, when you use this Service, you are required to provide true and valid identity information for verification at registration, and you are required to promptly complete and update your registration information in order to exercise the use and management of your ReelBox account. At registration, ReelBox has the right to review and verify the identity information you submit, and may require you to provide relevant supporting materials (such as a copy of your ID card). ReelBox has the right to decide whether to conduct verification and approve your registration application. If you fail to complete or pass real-name verification, the Company will, in accordance with legal provisions, refuse to provide you with the relevant services. You may apply to cancel your account as instructed by the Company. After completing reasonable and necessary verification of your personal identity, security status, device information, etc., the Company will assist you in canceling your account and delete all information related to your account in accordance with your request, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
2.2 Your Representations and Warranties
You understand and agree that you shall bear full responsibility for the truthfulness, legality, and validity of your registration information. You shall not impersonate others, publish any information in the name of others, or maliciously use a registered account in a way that causes other users to be misled. Otherwise, we have the right to immediately stop providing services, and you shall bear all legal liability arising therefrom on your own.
You understand and undertake that the account you set shall not violate national laws and regulations or the Company's relevant rules. Your account name, avatar, profile, and other registration information and other personal information shall not contain illegal or harmful content. Without the permission of others, you shall not open an account in the name of others (including but not limited to using another person's name, title, trade name, avatar, or other confusing means), and shall not maliciously register "ReelBox" accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration, and similar behaviors). During account registration and use, you shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and shall not engage in any act that harms national interests, damages the lawful rights and interests of other citizens, or is detrimental to social morality and customs. The Company has the right to review the registration information you submit.
The ownership of and all rights and interests in your registered "ReelBox" account belong to the Company. After completing the registration procedures, you only enjoy the right to use the account. Your account is limited to your personal use only. Without the Company's written consent, you are prohibited from gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or otherwise licensing the use of the account to others in any form. If a dispute arises over account ownership, ReelBox has the right to temporarily freeze the disputed account upon receiving a complaint. The parties to the dispute shall provide evidence of account ownership within 3 working days. After determining ownership based on the evidence provided by the parties, ReelBox will unfreeze the disputed account. If you do not log in to "ReelBox" for activities for 60 consecutive days after registration, you will be deemed to have given up the right to use the account, and the Company has the right to unilaterally clear the balance in your account, initialize or directly cancel the account, without bearing any legal liability to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and you shall bear full legal liability for all activities conducted in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to any data modifications, statements, and payment operations you perform on "ReelBox." You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and password and shall not disclose your account and password to others under any circumstances. If you discover that someone else is using your account without permission or any other security vulnerability occurs, you shall immediately notify the Company.
If you lose your account or forget your account password, you may submit an account recovery or password reset application in a timely manner through the Company's appeal channels. You understand and acknowledge that after receiving an account recovery or password reset application, the Company only needs to verify that the information filled in the application is consistent with the records in the system and is unable to identify whether the applicant is the true authorized user of the account. The Company specially reminds you to properly keep your account and password. After you finish using the account, you should log out safely. If the account or password is lost due to improper storage, reasons attributable to you, or force majeure, the responsibility shall be borne by you alone, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility.
